Organic Jaggery Powder

Their jaggery powder is dark brown in color and grainy in texture. It’s not too dry and looks rich. I liked its taste and used it as a healthier alternative to refined sugar. This jaggery powder is made from sustainably grown sugarcane in a small village in Himachal.
