Fun Galore at SteppinOut Christmas Night Market, Bangalore – Photowalk

I Know, I am a little late for Christmas night market post, but like they say it’s never too late!

This event, which we attended a week before Christmas, definitely deserves a mention, for it was one of the most liveliest events that we have attended in a long time.

It was almost for a month that I kept reading the blogs on Christmas markets, dreaming to be a part of one such warm, colorful and lively markets.

I never knew there are any such markets in India, until I saw an event post on Social media about “SteppinOut Night Market “.At that moment only I decided to pay a visit. The night market was organised at Taj West End, one of the most beautiful hotels in Bangalore.

SteppinOut night market turned out to be much more than just a flea market. It offered a whole gamut of activities including shopping, dine & wine, entertainment and live music performances. The lush green surroundings of Hotel Taj West End definitely added the charm and positive vibes to the event.

Bright stars hanging from the huge trees, series of tiny lights all around, winter chill and sounds of live music and laughter created a magical atmosphere.

Here’s taking you on a photowalk to the night market.

We were welcomed by a huge Christmas tree
Beautiful & glittery entrance
Gazing at the stars

Shopping Arena – taking you through the bright and glittery shopping arena spread across multiple sections of the lawn.

Many colourful shopping options

I just loved these lanterns !

Entertainment Zone – Well this was the best part I must say, specially watching movie sitting under the stars. Moment we could get one of the sitting places, we just sat there for long listening to some of the great live performances. A group called indigenous fakirs performed at the event.

our little one had a gala time
Selfie time

Stage setting up for live performance
that’s RJ Pijosh from Radio one

Dine & Wine-  Taj West End had many stalls offering delicious delicacies. Unfortunately i could not capture many pics as that was the most crowded section of the market

Like many of the travel bloggers, I usually don't travel solo and I am not a backpacker either (though someday I would love to go through bag packing experience). I travel with my family or friends and love to treasure experiences ranging from luxury stay, spa, theme restaurants, adventure activities to budget trips. My dream is to travel around the world, so practically my wish list is never empty. I love to explore unheard offbeat destinations. So far I have been to 10 countries. Other than travelling I like to try out different cuisines and experience new restaurants. I am a vegetarian by choice. I love to shop. I hope my travel experiences will help you in some way or the other!
